The horde heirloom vendor is gone. They are no longer atop the valley of strength gate, nor can one phase to assed UC to find where they once were. There is no accessible horde heirloom vendor. An alliance character must be made to purchase heirlooms, or you must wait until there is an event vendor.
i’m not going to bother going to UC, but i’m staring at Estelle Gendry at the top of orgrimmar gates right now
No Estelle on the Org gates means you are in a phased version of Org. This is usually caused by not having done the intro quest chain to one of the more recent expansions on that character. BFA is the most likely culprit.

Is she missing due to the Dastardly Duos event? I am on top of the gates and she is no where to be found.
