amazing…playing on my horde alt tonight, 0-8 in random bgs, total lopsided losses too.
Hmm, what’s the common denominator in all 8 of those losses? What could it possibly be?
i haven’t lost a bg on my horde in about 3-4 days.
Contrary to popular opinion, when solo queuing as either faction losses happen. 0/8 is a bit extreme, but I’m sure it’s not super rare by any means.
Solo queuing means it’s likely you’ll be fighting against a premade. That’s why no matter which faction you play, solo queuing means a bad win:loss ratio.
You also are far more likely to get into an in-progress BG or one where someone afk’d out of the prep area after not liking what they see.
That was something I never realized much because about 99% of my BG queues were at least with one other person. I only remember about 2 BGs out of thousands that we joined in progress, and it was like AV or some other large one. I’m not sure it ever happened in a 10-15.
absolutely, about the same experience for me. solo queueing as a healer i get thrown into started games a lot, with one other person its almost always a fresh
That’s what happens when you get grouped with all the alliance re-rollers.
They just bring all their bad habits over to horde side.
One thing that hurts the Horde in BG PVP is most good Horde players do Pre Made and Merc to Alliance side. They Merc to Alliance side for the shorter Que times.
Meh, might just be my luck but but I have more fingers on one hand than the amount of times I’ve been put into an inprogress game while solo qing. I have done a lot of solo q too.
Sucks 2bu, doesn’t happen to me.
I’m rerolling horde, I’m sure my bad habits will outweigh my good ones.
We had a game yesterday in gilneas? The one where horde start on a boat. We pretty much let them have WW and they had 2 hordes there who stayed there the whole game while the rest of our team was at the mine literally camping the boat and killing all the hordes. Some of them were running around below the deck to hide from us it was outrageous!
Typical horrible play from the hordes. Everyone knows alliance players are all day drinkers and night drinkers and thats why they can’t always win battlegrounds, they are just too smashed to target and push buttons! But every once in a while alliance gets into that perfect drunk state and they show what they can really do!
Death to hordes! Get on that boat and get out of here! Darnassus!!
I had the worst luck in Alliance BG’s recently. Very unbalanced state of the game. Radoms have the saddest piece of excuse called PVP in a game. That why i refuse to partake in such garbage.
Ya! And its attitudes like this BEFORE YOU EVEN START A GAME that make alliance horrible. You are like a losing team who has been losing so long you just accept that you suck and are going to lose.
BUT! You just got a STAR player drafted on your team THIS battleground! If you use more than 3 buttons in the game and help him he can score! He will get you to where you need to go, but you have to ACCEPT him as your HERO and submit to his whims and DRIVE him to glory!
Accept that you stink! Accept that there is a hero on your team! Accept that you need to help them win! Be the carrot to his peas! Believe you can win!
Just stop, one guy unless it’s a healer vs healer doesn’t break the team.
On my horde alt. I have had that happen to me as well, was doing objectives and at 185 at the time was top damage. Stop making assumptions and shaming people.
Do itttttttt. Lol
I agree. It’s pretty unusual.
