I killed the horde flight master in booty bay and it respawned in under a minute. I thought it was supposed to be around 10 minutes as other horde flight masters I have killed have 10 minute respawn timers eg: crossroads, epl, searing gorge.
agreed, this is super lame and annoying. Discouraging for world PvPing to shutdown flight.
