Like, it doesn’t matter if there are 10 allies near them fighting them, they will find me in a crowd of allies and target me lol
They either fear me or they really hate gnome rogues 
It’s a competition to see who gets the first punt.

Rogues aren’t very good in pvp in this patch…
So Im going to go out on a limb here and say one of the weaker squishier class/specs in the game for organized pvp being targeted a lot isnt out of the norm.
My dude, it’s a bunch of 60lvl slaughtering each other in Nesingwary’s, with many low levels like me participating,
and they still target me lol
Sure I was one of the weakest along with the other low levels, but It’s a waste of time to target me in such a situation
lol
No ally target is a bad target 
As a Horde player myself i can tell you the reason you are always targeted is because us horde not only despise rogues, we also despise inbred midgets.
Its because you are a gnome. I cant blame them, our death animation and sound is hilarious.
i hate gnomes. if i see a gnome with pink hair (especially mages) i spit on them and in pvp i always would target them first
