I know right, I’m going to run out soon too because I keep liking so many posts. Lol.

Yeah Horde and Alliance community is like night and day. Started some horde toons and I can tell that horde are 100% better. Tired of seeing stupid crap in trade chat when I stop by for something on alliance.
That’s awesome. I was just expanding on it
In all fairness I could never really get into the Alliance as a faction anyway. The community just helped keep me away.
OH? We all forgot you were there. You may go now.
That’s fair. I started on Alliance in classic and fell in love with the Tolkien vibes (though I was too young to even know what Tolkien was). I stray to my Alts there from time to time to get fast BG queues of experience the other side of the story, but my heart with the Horde.
That’s just what I said earlier Their community is another reason people are leaving and don’t have a lot of Raiders they drove us away and don’t wanna play with people like them and we are certainly not the only ones.
To be fair reason why a lot of people left Alliance was because human racial shared a cooldown with PvP trinket, so most of them went horde because of better racials for raids and such.
Yeah that is another reason why there many reasons why that’s another one of them to but the community issue contributes as well
I remember when the human racial was OP as hell in WoD. Soooo many PvPers seemed to gravitate towards Alliance. It’s different now.
For me it was the person who introduced me to the game was Horde so naturally I went Horde. It was my second alt that I tried Alliance and I just couldn’t do it. I leveled one to max just for the achievement.
I wonder if people often gravitate where they begin. Nostalgia?
My experience is kind of the opposite of yours. Joined a “super nice and awesome accepting casual” horde guild just to have the absolute worst time in the end. Switched to alliance, found a guild that may have some oddballs, but at least there is no nutcase GM and everyone is mostly chill.
The fortunate (and unfortunate I suppose) reality is that good and bad players really do exist on both sides. Community will make or break a faction.
OH and I have yet to get the BFA achievement for completing both sides of the story and getting the mounts cause I just can’t do it.
I just started Horde because I chose my race based on the pet hunters started with (I wanted to choose Goblin) but I started with a trial account in Cata and Goblins and worgen were locked to trial accounts so I chose Undead for the spider lol and that’s how it went
I played Alliance in vanilla, horde in TBC, was horde went alliance in Wotlk, didn’t care for Cata, horde in MoP, alliance from Wod to BFA. I think I know what most of the problem is, new people start alliance in Legion and expect things to be given when asked. Its a huge problem with this community.
You can do it! It’s worth the ugly pony!
I really can’t blame you on that one, as someone that did it for all the allied races it was terrible the only good zone on Alliance side is Drustvar.
This this this.
