This is a faction delusion.

Generally speaking both factions are cowardly and prefer to engage in a number / outgear situation.

Also, almost all human beings who play a PVP game like wow need to feel special so there’s always this perception that “I don"t lose unless i am outnumbered”…

I guess it can be true but not as often as these threads appear :slight_smile:

Both Horde and Alliance Chats are full of great stories about players being attacked by 2 enemies and the storyteller killing both of them.

2 v 1 is not a problem for many.

For the last day or so, I’ve been outnumbered 5 to 1. Soooooo it happens on both sides.

never horde are just cowards that are bad in pvp so they gotta outnumber you by a lot to win :slight_smile: btw never saw a alliance group of 5 “questing” but there are bunch of horde ones

In the cities, I’ve seen groups of 2-3, including tank and healing specs, to take me on. Because it’s too easy for me, or too hard for them, to do 1v1’s.

Simultaneous engagement is indeed a valuable skill, especially for people who Arena.

It wouldn’t be me because in my philosophy, you only need ONE. No more than two. Three if it’s vs. a tank or healer, because reasons. I don’t join the train(that’s being run on).

EXCEPT for bad reputations. If someone is infamous for being a jerk in his server, I’d love to be one of those 5 vs 1 lol.

Perfect example of what I mentioned. Your “absolute” argument doesn’t cut it. I play both sides and would gladly fight you 1v1 or whatever so where does that leave your comment?

And just because you never saw it happen doesn’t mean it won’t. I was just in Assault with 20 alliance killing hordes over and over again and I beat 3 of them 1v1 they would run back to the herd. Is that an alliance thing? Nope; it’s a human nature thing :slight_smile:

Sometimes, try to think of things outside of just you and it helps to see a bit more clearly :slight_smile:

Pfft, I’m all for :poop: talking Horde, but you gotta at least be honest about it. I’ve had plenty of 15v1, 20v1, and 40v1 fights as well.

Yep but i guess some personalities pick a side and tunnel the experience, hating the enemy and absolving themselves of all common sense :slight_smile:

I mean let’s face it both factions come from the same “pool of losers” :slight_smile:

I use lay on hands and bubble hearth as soon as I see an enemy…

And I wait until the Cooldown is back up to venture out because people on the forums say so…

^^ Yep. I usually run alone or with a couple friends. I don’t think I’ve ever had more than a 5 man group. What fun is it to run around in a 10-20 man group for only a small group of 1-5 enemy players?

Funny on my server its the opposite. The Alliance wont fight unless its a 3:1 So stop your crying, it’s not a “Horde” or “Alliance” Issue it’s a crappy people issue

I’ve had a couple people jump and try to 1v1 me. Rarely plays out before more Horde show up and steamroll. It’s overwhelmingly at least 3 at a time from the get-go.
