Time flies my man. You can say 4% up time, but when you are fighting a 5 on 5 and 3 of them go immune for 10 seconds… youll be singing a different tune when your team gets wiped out and you cant do anything about it.
I have in STV fought Rets repeatedly. Dealing with bubble when it happens is not optimal, but this hyperbole is ridiculous. Like how about ALL the other times you fight a Ret when their bubble is down, hmm?
And you had bubble on your side to counter them.
Because they can actually BOP their teammates… I have literally fought a team of 3 paladins, two priests. 3 bubbles near simultaneously as 2 bops go out, followed by dispersions. What do you do? Run? They are chasing you because they have 10 seconds free reign and you cant do anything.

Yeah and I can conjure up some outlier scenario where 5 boomkins blasted everyone they came across. Or when 10 priests rolled up as a premade in WSG.

Its not an outlier, it happens all the time. You think if Horde were destroying Ally they would be screaming from the roof tops that paladins need to be nerfed?
I am fine with conceding that shamans need to be nerfed. But for some reason the people who play paladins can’t even budge a milimeter and agree that maybe… just maybe they are overtuned in pvp.
If their damage is a problem. Then I think rets should have the option to convert bubble into wings. Make the decision between more damage, or more survivability. But as it sits right now, one or the others needs to be scaled back.
Nobody needs to be nerfbatted because forum people cry about them.
I don’t want shamans nerfed, they’re fine. Spriests got a much needed dmg buff for PvE DPS, they’re not oh so unstoppable if one has a brain. And a 5min CD that can be played around doesn’t mean Rets need to be gutted when they’re finally in a decent spot.
I’m tired of kneejerk changes especially when things need to be gauged better at max level.
You are clear either dishonest or delusional. Knee jerk reactions to the ridiculous are nature and should be expected. I am done with this conversation. If you think nothing needs to be changed I am not even sure you play SoD.

Also, calling someone you can’t just shut down in a debate dishonest is 101 fallacy.
ret does more pve dps and pvp burst per gcd than enhance does though. the only difference between these 2 classes is one has totems, purge and a slow and the other is tankier+immunity and a little more burst.
does this warrant any nerfs to either classes? no. l2p and get better
