shaman still truck people but instead of the tank enchant they have a very generous 20% dr personal on a 1min cd and a bunch of instant heals.

Casters absolutely destroy Shaman, nothing shuts down bubble.
Except shamans have actual tools to take on casters beyond hoping they get crit to reflect damage. Earth Shock, Grounding Totem, their own ranged spells, etc…
Plus they and casters can simply zone paladins who have little mobility.

Still do with lava burst, or a 3 shot as enhance now. Shamans still strong, but it gets old having to wait 12 seconds while you spin flags in AB.

Yea, “simply zone” paladins, with freedom, cleanse, bop, bubble, hoj. Not that simple, casters arent lasting long enough to cast on paladins.
Stop trying to discount the ability to live 4 life times when everyone dies in 2 seconds.
Paladins have no movement speed increases beyond PoJ which anyone else can get with boot enchants. Nothing which you listed aids them against getting zoned. Try again.

Yeah I can’t wait to see all the cow paladin FOTM rerolls. I swear most of these shaman players rerolled in P2 and are just angry they can’t faceroll anymore and actually have to use their class kit.

Freedom literally makes them immune to being slowed… if a caster… has to stop and CAST. That gap is closed and the caster is dead. Why are there so many ret paladins right now? Because the class is F******* OPPRESSIVELY OVERPOWERED. You cannot give multiple immunities and tool kit to a class and then also give them instant burst damage.

They also cant be stopped or slowed which is EQUALLY as advantageous as melee. Not to mention that the “zone” you are talking about is actually 10-15 yard range.

Yeah, you zone them for the 12 seconds after prompting their bubbles with far range casts. You don’t stop until their bubble fades to do any hard casting which casters are far less reliant on in SoD. Not to mention that Spriests/Warlocks can still just DoT them down, mages have insta casts.
