Horde Bias Strikes Once Again

There is no defense for this.

Apparently, Silvermoon will be the main hub for Midnight, but will feature areas EXCLUSIVE to Horde characters? Apparently, Blizzard wants Alliance players to feel like “Guests.” Great, I’d be onboard with this, if they didn’t just do the opposite to the Alliance with Gilneas and Bel’ameth. What in the world is this hypocrisy? Make it make sense, Blizzard. :rage:

Love the reaction this. I’ll tell you what: when I can’t access 100% of Bel’ameth on my Blood Elf I’ll stop complaining. Until then, this is a blatant bias in favor of the Horde. Ridiculous, unrestricted access to Silvermoon for Horde while Alliance cannot explore the full city. Meanwhile, Horde, please waltz into Bel’ameth, the new home of the Night Elves, after you destroyed the previous one and killed countless Kaldorei. Great.

Which in-depth reveal panel at Gamescom did I miss, with all this information?

Alleria? Arator? Tyrande? Jaina? Vereesa?

Where is the Alliance, man?

Why do I have to do Delves with Valeera, who wears red?

Two Horde zones… I mean, seriously?

/S

I am being sarcastic, yes. I am super hyped for Midnight and I don’t care about factions.

Never cared about factions.

Never will.

I understand wanting horde land to remain horde land, but if were meant to spend a year and a half in that city, it shouldnt feel bad for alliance players to be there.

They should have just given the alliance a different city to use.
Its not like the zones are connected anyways.
Put it in the void zone. Apparently void elves are hanging around there.

People are extrapolating a ton of stuff from a single line in an interview that may or may not be legit

Where is this information? I can’t find it.

We were just guests in your cities and still had to do quests with your npcs.

So, are we at the point in this cycle where we now get to see “Horde Favoritism” threads? I’m going to miss the “Alliance Favoritism” threads I’ve seen the other person post on these forums.

Sad Day.

The Alliance should sleep out in the hawkstrider stables where they belong.

I would love for you to explain what area of Bel’ameth you were not allowed to enter.

We were watched in Bel’ameth and couldn’t use the portals, couldn’t go down to the doc. There are guards that attack us. Bel’ameth was also created to be mostly neutral. Not a faction city turned neutral. In Gilneas we can set a hearthstone there.

There isn’t anything else in way of accomodations.

IMO none of them should be shared at all. They should make new cities for people that want to be neutral. But Blizz is going hard on the friendship is magic thing.
