WINTERGRASP- 99.99% Bg’s i have been , alliance always attacking not defending.
TWINK PEAKS- dh/druid with flap/levitate/slow fall people with alliance flag can fly unharmed half map? what is this?
ASHRAN - alliance always 1-2 healers while horde 5-7, and mini boss
Jeron Emberfall, put living bomb on you, that u can’t dispel on top of the tower and it explodes knocking everyone down from tower for miles, so he is impossible to kill.
latest fiasco - immunity in maw so precious hordes can make it to the portal to Oribos
Alliance bias in PvP is we get gnomes, whereas the Horde do not. So they are constantly having the issue of pausing mid-fight because they are overwhelmed by the gnomes’ cuteness. And I feel for them, I really do.
Can I join your WG bgs? I always seem to end up on the attacking side too. (Even when I do join at the very beginning and not 5 minutes into a loss.)
Aren’t there pillars on the top of the mage tower in Ashran? Try standing so that one of those will catch you when you fly backwards. Or just go down the stairs a little.
Hmm. Interesting, for me, and my lot have been the complete opposite, and alliance dominates
and doing what you claim horde is doing. So… what say you?
The last four Wintergrasps I queued into were all on offense. I’m sure it’s completely RNG, but I do agree that it should be removed until Blizzard finds a better way of balancing it and/or adding more in-game drivers to improve how both sides should approach it strategically. People tend to do act in big herds in BGs, which works on defense in WG but not on offense, where people need to split up and pressure different points. Hard to do that without raid leading or better in-game direction.
LOL that is funny. Alliance doesn’t dominate anything in pvp nor pve. The rose tinted glasses are strong with this one. Alliance pvp has been horrible for many years now. Extreme Horde bias in ALL aspects.
So your saying your personal experiences is highly regarded and more valuable, thus allowing you to dictate that my personal experiences are false and have no valid argument in the matter cause of the past, and my choice of playing a particular faction at the time is voided?
Neat. Always wonder what nationalist factionfanboism looked like in person.
Edit. Quoted before they edit to play victim card.
It sounds like you are in a bad battlegroup. You should come to mine. All the bags I get as horde have 0-1 healer while alliance gets 2-4 and all the things you complain about the alliance gets to take advantage of. In my experience, horde is wholly disadvantaged.
Your experience is not everyone else’s experience. Pvp is woefully unbalanced.
If you think these people can get away unharmed, you’re incorrect. There’s plenty of means of stopping people from doing this, including any form of stun or incapacitate, along with other forms of displacement like grip. Quite literally, if a hunter just fires a scatter shot at someone gliding down with the flag, not only will that person plummet to the ground, but they’ll also likely DC from landing on the ground in a weird angle with a sudden camera shake.
There are plenty of ways to counter this move. Use them.
Ah yes. The immunity which works for both factions and provides both factions with a means of escaping a situation in which they would be losing a currency which is important is so horrible.
This is why most people think you troll when you make topics. You cherry pick little things and frame the argument in a manner which isn’t fully accurate for the sake of trying to rustle peoples’ jimmies. Which is why you don’t bother to recognize the importance of an endgame currency being lost upon death in a single choke, nor do you openly recognize how this works for both factions and both factions benefit from it. Nor do you state how Alliance simply moved to camping the daily areas and actually benefitting more from this fix because now the Horde are funneled into easily recognized locations.
Bad form, Nelfas. I’m beginning to know your name simply from your lacking topics. That’s bad. I would much rather know your name because you actually provide thought provoking discussion.
Dh/Druid cannot float across half the map with the flag. However a hunter with a larion pet that has the ability updraft combined with disengage does get you across half the map. Good players know about this and prepare for it with gliders. That tactic does not work against a good team.
