This is probably true. Many have been playing Horde for a decade plus now. They won’t want to switch after all this time, even if Alliance racials are better in theory.

Maybe Horde would have faster queue times if they stopped turtling every @#$%ing game on my battlegroup.

You have this backwards; the queues aren’t long because they turtle, they turtle because the queues are long.
When they wait in a 35min queue for AV, you bet your butt they want every drop of honor they can get out of the match. That means back-capping. That means burning every tower. That means farming HKs. The long queues incentivize the Horde to “get their money’s worth” in each match. The Alliance prefer 6min AFK-AVs because they have instant queues.
Refer a friend! And encourage your friends to refer their friends too! More players means less queue times eventually!
Reroll. I’m glad your queues a long. This is what you get for picking your OP racials and being short-sighted. Reap it.

This too. I won’t even queue just to play for fun because it isn’t. Turtles are for fat men who can’t do jiu-jitsu.

Hey you’re queue times will go back down for a couple weeks every season after 1 when the new epics get put on the vendor!
Meanwhile I’ll just be enjoying premades with instant queues the whole xpac.
I actually think alliance has better racials for a lot of classes in TBC but horde being the PvP faction is just kind of set in stone for now, I’m only playing horde because that’s where friends are going to be.
I’d much rather play alliance RMP.

Ahh… you actually get banned for win trading and other player made solutions to cut down on the time needed to accrue honour. So you should be very careful with that.
Basically blizzard should just allow a “first available side” queue option.
Yes if you don’t want to sit in the longer queues you should reroll alliance. If enough people do this I will be able to enjoy shorter queue times on my Horde characters.
