just sharing what ive experienced. yea most people are dicks, but im finding things very much less pleasant playing alli atm.
I have played on both sides off and on for 20 years and I will say its equal.

Most of the chill people I’ve met are on Horde. I did Horde for Season and want to go back to alliance.
But alliance has some horrible, horrible, players in terms of friendliness.
If I’m pvping as alliance and some other alliance sees? They’ll pass me. When I was Horde? It could have been 3v1 and some other Horde will jump in JUST to fight. Horde players just love to scrap.

This statement is true about Horde willing to jump in to help more frequent than Alliance players.

Back when I played on pvp servers it didn’t matter if I was on Horde or Alliance, if I jumped in to help someone being attacked they would use the opportunity to use me as bait and run away

I don’t think that’s true. Alliance has its moments, but the OP’s experiences seem pretty inline with my experiences also. I think there’s likely an over-representation of certain personality types on either faction that may stand out to some other personality types that could lead one to come to this sort of conclusion.
Of course, it could just be personal bias.
