Hoping that Liíïíïlìïìïæ - Pagle reads this

Greetings,

Hi I have a problem. First, I was buying Runecloth Bags for my alt Bigdruid on the Auction House. Then, I clicked the buy button to buy a bag that was a 2g, and I don’t know what happened but I bought a Runecloth Bag at 911 g 46 s 40 c from Liíïíïlìïìïæ - Pagle on Thursday June 8, at around 6:00 p.m. server time.

I literally lost 900 g on a 2 g bag. I’m writing this because I feel so demotivated, I have been trying to make gold for the flying mount and this happens. After this incident I lost a lot of interest on the game and its players. This is so frustrating.

This player posted that item at that price to scam people just as it happened to me. I would like Blizzard to help me solve this issue with this player. I would like to approach to this player and negotiate with him/her, to at least, receive some of my money back. I sent this player a message but he/she did not respond.

Probably this player is going to put me on ignore. I have evidence to proof that I bought this item from that player, at that amount. The player was: Liíïíïlìïìïæ - Pagle

Thanks,

Hey there. Unfortunately, I’d venture to say there’s nearly a 0% chance of Blizzard stepping in and doing anything about this to be honest. And the person who put this auction up was likely doing it to scam people, or there are some gold sellers who give the gold via AH. I’m not 100% sure what the reason is, as there are lots of things on the AH for exactly 900g.

I’m really sorry this happened to you! To be honest, I’ve always had the fear of accidentally doing this, so I only keep a small chunk of gold on my toon (200-300g), with the bulk going to some alt that never touches the AH. Then, if I ever happen to click on one of these, I’ll just get an error saying I don’t have enough gold.

Best of luck, friend! Just being brutally honest with you - your gold is likely gone. But you can make the gold again!
