I still have the very first mount frozen, as it costs 900 and I only have 1000 each month.
This month I buy the gloves, quiver and axe, so that I still cant release the frozen mount. This is becoming very frustrating to say the least. They should at least make the things we have frozen cost less with each new rotation.
So that if I wait 9 months, it becomes free if I wait 3 it only costs 600 tender and so on.

Hmm…another night elf themed item… guess it’s time to add these to my arsenal to make Nelf Sympathizers grumpy with me. I mean i already got the warden mount and aiming for that armor… so I see no reason not to collect these as well or even use them as a death knight lol
Nice, there’s a few items in there that I actually want. The pickings have been slim for me the last few months.
I just noticed that the Blades of Elune are one-handed swords. I’m really hoping they reconsider that restriction.
Dammit, too many choices this month. I don’t think I’m going to have enough tender to get all of the stuff I REALLY want.
The mount is a must, but that means no quiver, or libram, or runelord regalia. And that axe is pretty nice, too. At least the swords are the freebie.
How nice, a monthly reward that I can neither equip or transmog to? Why so soon after release of the post are you already excluding Druid, Shaman, & Priest mains from the main reward?

How in the world does Blizz think one-handed swords (that not all classes or specs can even use) would be a good monthly reward? Seriously wtf?
That (bad word that I more than likely can’t post) sword… exactly the style I like.
Should be the mount as the reward for the month instead of swords would make more sense but when has blizzard ever done anything to make sense.
Same game where we now have a FOMO’d mount called snowstorm that prints gold for people for Dragonflight who obtained it during a limited time period during Shadowlands.
Same game where we now have to have a subscription to a 3rd party service (twitch prime exclusives) because paying for the monthly sub or even a 6 month prepaid isn’t enough anymore.
I don’t think they care, they say they do but it’s just for PR.
It looks like the game is in cashout mode where they’re panic trying to squeeze people rather than make meaningful forward progress content.
As someone who started in October, they’ve managed to already burn me extremely hard and see them as just trying to squeeze people while jailing actual meaningfulness out of content grinds. I stopped doing raids/m+ because there’s just no meaning towards playing/cheesing the fomo timegate (great vault, catalyst, professions), at least not enough to validate dealing with other people.
This isn’t even starting with the fact Dragonflight also got Cyberpunk 2077’d with releasing an incomplete critically buggy game live to meet a Q422 deadline, while gaslighting investors with worthless metrics and quips in the investor report.
I’m giving up on Blizzard doing anything right, like how I gave up with doing dragonflight content.
Definitely adding to the feedback that the Monthly Reward should not be so heavily restricted in it’s use. For some people, that just entirely invalidates them earning it (short of the Trading Tenders itself).
3 Classes cannot use 1H Swords at all: Priest, Druid, Shaman.
1 Class that can use them has no specs that can use them: Hunter (Survival requires 2H).
Other classes are restricted to limited specs for 1H Swords:
If this was an Arsenal of multiple weapon models, then that would be entirely cool. Something with at least one model everyone can utilize.
But this should have been a Trader Tender purchase, not a monthly reward.
Monthly Rewards should generally be Cosmetic Sets (Darkmoon Jester), Mounts, Pets, or multi-weapon arsenals. Items with restricted use of who can use them, should never be the “highlight” item of the month. Make those a choice, for those who want to spend the Tenders on them.
Please swap the mount and the swords as the monthly reward.
Everyone can use the mount, and, truthfully, the swords as the reward feels a little chintzy.

if you don’t collect mounts or pets or appearances, you’re not going to be finding much of interest at all.
everyone else seems to be enjoying the variety of options provided.
What’s funny is I said the same thing about the Night Elf warfront armor. So many other things, better things to choose from and we got that.

The Trading Post is a pretty bad design, considering that we pay for a service that feels like we don’t get a return on what we pay you.
Why can’t we do everything in the adventure guide and buy everything the Trading Post has to offer? That gets people playing the game consistently! Along with more activities comes more people. Rather than log in 1st of the month do a couple of things get the reward you want and don’t even bother coming back to it until next month. It’s a Bad design. But has the potential to be really good.

I want to use Fury Warrior (Annihilator) but all the numbers are inferior to Titan Grip.
It’s like they are laughing in my face with that 1h swords xmog.
I like all of this stuff and want it all. Maybe I’m easy to please but the swords look great, I love the color of the mount, the golden mace looks cool IMO. I just wish I didn’t have to give up so many items. Very hard to choose.
Edit: OH! And I’m okay with not getting every item please never add any cash shop element to buying more coins etc. I like it just the way it is. We DO NOT want this monetized please and thank you!!!
