The mount isnt the monthly completion item because they want to entice people who are hoarding tenders to spend them. The mount is a tendie-sink.
I get the purpose of this whole thing but these items are pretty lame ngl.

I still have 1450 in the bank, probably gonna be around 1k after some last-minute purchases, but between the mount and all the other stuff I might not have any left after April.
I had to make some hard choices to save up, and I don’t mind things being exclusive, but I feel like this system triggers fomo anxiety no matter what I do. I either miss out this month, or risk missing out next month.
I’m so on the fence with giving the mounts out as free monthly rewards.

Since you’re looking for feedback, monthly rewards should be universal. Not everyone has alts, and even if they do, they may not play something that makes using a 1h sword viable option for transmog.
Also, 1000 trader’s tenders per month is not enough, we should be able to earn more by continuing to fill out the traveler’s log. I don’t expect to be able to buy everything all the time, but it’s becoming pretty obvious that 1000 isn’t enough, especially when a single mount uses up 90% of them.

I wish there were more adventure log options that didn’t involve Dragonflight content. This month has even fewer, it seems. I liked the Kael’Thas task from last time - since I was there on Quel’Danas, I did a few dailies and am working on unlocking a recipe now. It was a great way to funnel me into content I enjoy.

Personally, I would’ve had the Magenta Cloud Serpent be the endcap and the swords be a regular available item. I’ll probably not burn myself out grinding the sword since I main a hunter and a Rogue and if Rogues could mog daggers into swords the world would disintegrate or something.

Yes, the activity list leaves a bad taste in my mouth as it seems very focused on pushing people to buy Dragonflight. I own the expansion but prefer older content and the activity list feels a bit manipulative. I don’t mind being funneled to stuff, but I do dislike when the game feels like a subtle advertisement for itself or forces me into specific gameplay, especially when it feels like there is a corporate push and metrics behind it.

My guess is that content will rotate back around, so limiting our purchases to only some of the content means everything won’t already be bought when stuff shuffles back in again.
Time to remove transmog restrictions
