Welp, what a mess. At least the crowd around the finish point is having a good time. Lots of cross faction emotes, etc.

Note, on some servers, going back to your home city and engaging warmode will solve the problem, if you can get past the roving bands working on the new world quest to kill 20 of the other faction in the zone.
It appears to be the result of someone killing the gorger on the way to the quest point. If someone does that, he remains bugged out until he gets reset.
And the solutions are all broken now.
