I completed the Pathfinder part I achievement but the Honorbound Scouting Map doesn’t appear for sale at the vendor Ransa Greyfeather. Anyone else have this issue?

Same here. There are a ton of sites that say it’s for sale, but not where. I’ve even seen people say how much it costs, but not how you can acquire it. The patch notes say “from the war campaign emissary” but she doesn’t sell it. Apparently she sold it on the PTR, but doesn’t appear to on live.

It was up for the first hour or so but upon going to get some more after the initial 12 I bought and mailed it has completely disappeared from the vendor on ally side.
Yep, she is the war campaign emissary, and I’m standing in front of her right now. She doesn’t sell it.

Not seeing it on Horde side. At Ransa, the Honorbound Emissary, but nothing. According to wowdb and wowhead, she’s the one that sells it. So am guessing it’s bugged right now. Another bug, another day, good ol blizz.
