That will be what, maybe 0-15 (generous number) people on the enemy faction on your server will get a few epics from PVP before BWL opens?
It’s not that big of a deal to be honest. The weapons are the important part.
Assuming they do not do CRBG (please no CRBG at the start) that is like a couple of players to watch out for… out of the entire Alliance/Horde.
CRBGs shouldn’t be included until Content Patch 6, the final changes to the system.
Dire Maul added patch 1.3.0 and they put it in phase 2
PvP added patch 1.4.0 and they put it in phase 2
WSG/AV added patch 1.5 being added in phase 3
BWL added patch 1.5 being added in phase 3
