The Honor and Ranking system in Era are completely broken, the whole cluster is missing 75% of there honor and HKS this has been an ongoing issue for a long time, the last 4 weeks we have yet to get a proper update and I and my whole server cluster are about to completely stop pvping and ranking entirely if we dont get some kind of answer from blizzard other than some auto response about there new trash expansion, Fix the Game WE Play @Blizzard unless this is your way to kill off classic but it will be your lose, ID like a formal response ive put in almost a dozen tickets and nothing, time for an answer NOW!!!

Agreed. It’s a joke. I’ve given up. I should have hit FM by now and I’ve filed tickets, as most peers have and the only response we’ve gotten is a general, “We’re busy, here’s some pretty info about dragonflight that won’t help you in classic.”
I’m done with the grind.

Lost all HKs and 35k honor this week as a result of this. All HKs were lost, so lost rank for the week. This mess needs to be fixed.

yeah I’m done wasting time on Blizzard if they cant fix the game I’m paying for just like everyone else, really makes me want to go back to private servers where its at least free, and if things bug out who cares its free, But im done Paying for a Broken Game that i can get for FREE

Any bug should be fix, especially bugs that makes players spend a lot of time in vain…

What we noticed on Whitemane cluster when ranking is that your honor and HKs rarely update during the week if you’re logged in during the day. On rank update day (Tuesdays), if you log in between roughly 11am-5pm EST your rank won’t update for that week at all. The honor doesn’t necessarily disappear - if you stay logged out the following Tuesday, it will calc the past two weeks. But it sucks and is annoying as hell, and a few people have gotten screwed by logging in a little too early on Tuesday hoping to buy their R14 gear.
Another thing we learned is that you can force an honor update by xferring your character to another cluster, but of course that costs $$$

even after the Tuesday up date the honor was still gone the hks still gone and a week later still gone, it is not recording what we are doing period and blizzard has been sent dozens of tickets and they just auto response back about trash from dragonflight, some people lost over 75k honor and the hks with it thats just not acceptable by any means
