Do honor points reset when the new xpac comes out? Or can I farm 15000 honor now to have ready when I level cap in The War Within?
Is it true that they reset between expansions and not seasons?
I tried to be a good neighbor and poked around the Google for ya. Best answer I can give is your same question gets asked every so often for the past ten years but with 
answers at best.
Best advice I can give you is count on the honor being reset at TWW launch. With what Rita said being the most accurate; in that honor does not reset between seasons but expansions.
