Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem but I have been stuck at 671/1000 Honor Earned in Arena Skirmishes for the PvP weekly “Preserving in Skirmishes.” I had tried reloading, logging out, exiting, turning it off and on but I still earn 35 or 80 honor without it going towards the quest.
You are probably capped at 15k honor. I reported this bug every week for months on end in shadowlands, blizzard never cared to fix it though.
They measure the CURRENCY of honor actually earned as currency and nothing above 15k honor is counted.
They SHOULD be measuring the HONOR LEVEL version of honor, so even at 15k honor cap it would still count for the quest.
There is a weakaura on wago io that pops up on your screen to warn you when you are nearing 15k honor cap so you can go spend it and not waste time at cap unable to do quests.

Ahhhh that makes so much sense!!!
I’ve never touched PvP until a few days ago so I know literally nothing and I’ve been spamming Epic BGs and then the Skirmishes so this makes tons of sense.
