Logged into battleground for the first time yesterday, built up 18 HKs and 35k+ points before calling it a night. Checked in today and still at rank 0 because the honor summary correctly shows my 18 HKs but says only 13 were last week so I got no rank increase.
I had literally never stepped into a battleground, 0 honor kills before last night. Specifically played until I had accrued 15+ kills and 35k+ honor, and to have that time stolen feels pretty lousy. Can it be verified that those kills were all obtained during the same week and the correct rank progress applied?

When you say yesterday, do you mean Monday or Tuesday? If it was Tuesday after reset, you get your rank next Tuesday after reset.
Logged out Tuesday morning at 3am Eastern before the reset. Lifetime kills shows 18, last week kills shows 13 even though I started at zero kills and accrued the kills within that single 3-hour stretch.
7 days and no official response to this bug? Just checking to see if I can expect any resolution or if hours of time spent in battlegrounds can just be wasted.

Is this a common problem?
i did the same thing on Saturday…built up to 21 kills and no rank after reset…but you will not see anything until Tuesdays reset
I had the exact same issue, but luckily I caught it before the weekly reset.
On my first day of PVP’ing, I got the required 15 HK to rank up. The next day, the weekly HKs dropped to 13, while the lifetime stayed at 15.
I just spent two week grinding rank 12 twice, first time no believed me the second time people watched and I documented it. My problem comes from being flaged not sure if that will help you.
Yep, looks like this is still a problem. It was AV weekend so last night before reset I decided to get my first week done on my priest and my mage. Did some AV’s on my priest before a friend joined with his rogue. We both hit 15 hks at around the same time. He left so I did some more to make sure I was well over the honor ranker had suggested because I’ve heard stories of people missing cap when barely meeting what ranker said. Login today no rank up, my hks are now reporting that I only got 14. My priest had previously done an av or two so I couldn’t reference my lifetime kills and didn’t keep track of my exact hks but know that I was above it. Then proceeded to do the same grind on my mage. My mage got stuck in a turtle so ended up getting 121 hks. That was my mages first day pvping. After reset it reports 107 hks for previous day/week, but lifetime kills of 121. 14 hk discrepancy on my mage, and I do not know the difference on my priest. Opened a ticket with no help for this. Goodbye to a week of pvp progress.

I am really sorry to hear that your character’s rank did not update as it should, which I am sorry to hear, I can tell you that, as a gamer myself, a situation like this will surely bother me too, but, I assure you that this is never our intention, and all we ever wanted for our players was to have fun playing the game, that they always loved, and played.
However, I totally understand that you are frustrated, and I know I would be too, but, as for now, as my fellow Game Master kindly informed you, the best way to go with this here is to submit a bug report on our forums, as our developers are always keeping an eye out on these forums for any new, or recent issues that came up, and they are working as fast as they can to get this issues fixed.

This system is completely bugged…i farmed 500k last week from r12 30ish% and it gave me r12 97% , why not 100%?
and then, ranker shows if i get 337k this week i get the missing 3%? i mean come on! this is so wrong
Also your link feature on the forums doesnt work, even using the link button on this reply window, when you hit Reply it shows an error : cant include links in your posts…
And lastly, the Alliance has been using a bug to make the warmasters evade in AV, they dont just kite them, they hide behind a hut and pop out every 5 sec to keep them in combat so they dont reset. This has been going on for months and was never fixed. We know you know about it.
(edit) Also the customer support in game brings up an empty black window. is customer support even available at all?
