Is it worth upgrading honor gear? The ilvl still is set to 626 Reguardless. Does it only matter outside of pvp combat?
Haven’t pvped in quite awhile and was having fun with mw. Don’t wanna send valor stones to upgrade weak gear if it doesnt matter.
It can make sense in some situations. Especially if versatility is your strongest stat in PVE.

Just for the sake of pvp, my pve gear is much stronger than the honor gear. But I’m just wondering if I should upgrade the honor gear or wait till I get conquest or enough bloody tokens
Depends on how much PVE you do, honor greens will do fine in open world and up to a certain level in delves but higher rated content will require dedicated PVE gear.
That said, I don’t raid and I do mostly delves and dungeons so honor greens are good for me, still gotta figure out what drops valorstones because I never have enough to upgrade lol
