With the honor system rewards Why didnt these get level reduced to level 10 with the squish.
All other honor rewards like Titles can now be used on all alts level 10 and up,
Mounts can be used on all alts level 10 and up,
Tmogs can be used on all alts from level 10 and up too.
But not the pennants,
from level 10 and up can earn honor levels, let us wear them as we are leveling up please.
