Type R11 and 99% into Ranker and see it takes 4 weeks still to get to R14.

It was originally 1 week R12 and 3 weeks R13.
It’s now 2 weeks R12 and 2 weeks R13.

rank 13 and 68% to
rank 14! 3 weeks of honor farming to go from the week you became rank 12 to rank 14.
still requires 8+ weeks total though
