It was at exalted now it’s back to friendly. I even have the achievement “Azerothian Diplomat” from 10/3/2018 which shows it was at bare minimum was revered. That is my second rep now first release was unshackled from exalted to neutral from first wave of update and now today Honorbound from exalted to friendly. Let’s see where this ends.
