Honestly, I kinda like crazy Yrel

There’s no way that peace would’ve lasted with the Orcs. I mean has it ever lasted in the history of ever? Orcs are savages and can’t be trusted, you turn your back on them for one second and they’ll burn your house down.

Glad to see she took the initiative and put them in their place. Hope it’s not a one and done thing and they find a way to bring her back into the story.

You didnt put much attention did you?

Not really a zealot as the starting zone clearly says you are free to do whatever you want

Even be killed again

Every forsaken chose to be forsaken

Or built another Path of Glory with Orc bones instead of Draenei?

But it was the Draenei and Eredar that made them that way in the first place… If anything everyone should be cautious around that race, as it seems no matter what timeline they’re in, they’re bound to go crazy and try to kill/convert everyone around them.

I feel like I missed this storyline somewhere, last I remember we left Yrel on draenor and she was like an exarch? What happened after that which I seem to have missed?

The Mag’har orc questline takes you back to Draenor which is further down the road time wise. Yrel goes all tyrannical and starts converting everyone to the light, those that resist get killed off.

Which honestly makes sense. I’m sure she saw some really messed up stuff while being a captive and one orc going “Hur dur we’re free” isn’t enough to convince her.

Well as it was stated earlier in the thread, the orcs were already willing to genocide draenei without being demon corrupted, so turnabout is fair imo.

A spacegoat masquerading the Light??!?!

Infidels. They must be purified!

I knew i should have kept a paladin and be a Scarlet Crusader.

Hey, wasn’t Scarlet Crusade the rightful owner of Ashbringer?

Sylvanas actually specifically didn’t want her Forsaken to die.
A group came to her and told her they just wanted to die.
She said no and freaked out, basically considering them anti-forsaken agitators.
That thought process got innocent forsaken and humans alike killed at the meeting in Arathi.

So… no… you were never really free to choose. Just told you were.

I mean, you might be now? :woman_shrugging:

tell this to anduin

It would be nice if this was a story that was actually going to be told fully. I feel like it was a plot device to just bring a bunch of Maghar to Azeroth without them wanting to or being able to go back to Draenor. I don’t think that Blizz has any intention of resolving this story any time in the near future. Maybe Patch 10.2.5.

There is no way she didn’t find out what happened in our Draenor / Outland and the history of the genocide committed by the Horde. She’s just taking the precaution of it happening in her world, if anything what she did pales in comparison to what our version of Draenor ever did. At least her method is about coexisting together, not just pure slaughter of everyone.

Don’t you trash talk my future Queen. Once she’s here we got a lot of work to do.

I think we’ll start off my making the path of Glory two with Orc bones.

It’d be nice for Blizzard to explore some sort of zealot storyline for the Alliance. But instead they are just Martin Prince that Nelson and the other bullies beat up.

It lasted for 400 years with the Draenei before the Legion showed up.
