No, you couldn’t because Arms does NOT have any self healing.
You can’t do it as fury either. The adds have too much HP.

Iv been watching fury warriors do it pretty easily
On PTR, yes. I would be shocked if they were doing it on live. They buffed hp for live. On the PTR, it was easy for some classes and impossible for others.

Fury Warriors are not doing this easily.
Every fight is over tuned. Come back when you actually have a mog to show you know what you are talking about.

Im gonna check you on this one, because the fury one was a joke. Arms phase 1 is easy with impending victory and second wind, but phase 2 just cant seem to pump the dps enough to get past 30%.
As in easy? On live?
I’ve been banging my head on it and can’t get her past 45% adds overwhelm me.
It’s easy in the grand scheme of things. It’s still hard, but I did it without any additional food or flasks, and only swapped to my heart of azeroth for extra stats and gronntooth war horn for the 10% extra damage to demons.

it’s not over tuned. it seems that way because you’re under skilled.
some are definitely overtuned.
Guy no, I did all these in legion. They don’t feel the same at all.
do you have to collect currency to get access to them? or can you just repeat over and over and over for free?
oh yea, you forgot about that, didn’t you? there were limited attempts in legion until it got nerfed.
Forgot about that part because it was negligible.
i can’t think how you can neglect the zoning in… it’s very difficult to do mage tower from the parking lot.
