Honest Assessment of WW Buffs needed

  • increase HP received from Stamine to about 10% just to match other classes and make it more viable for higher M+ keys
  • WDP only requires FoF to be on CD
  • every RSK or BoK cast reduces WDP CD by about 1-2 sec
  • you can move during WDP animation (or make you immune to any mechanic for 10s after you land, yes :slight_smile: ) This is just stupid, monks are the only class that stuns themselves when they cast a spell that is part of their rotation… makes it so that we have to preemptively hold casting this to not die to mechanics, thus a DPS loss…
  • increase the frequency that Flurry strikes procs, but make it proc for less damage
  • allow SEF to be defixated, I mean it’s a skill you don’t want to spam for AOE, but the whole game revolves around spamming keys, which it’s just a extra thing that ruins your DPS and cannot be even reversed during the duration.
  • Enable monks to be able to interrupt during FoF channeling

6.3M hp compared to 9M Hp DK seem a bit unfair :stuck_out_tongue: the Healing increase is a bit sad that wont Stop one shot compared to more hp poor design overall

that’s not 100% true rogues also have killing spree that makes them jump to the add multiple times, that’s also is like a stun

WDP as it is right now, i think they should remove the requierement of having RSK and FoF, that way on big aoe packs our rotation could be something like TP > FoF > WDP > SCK > WDP > SCK, giving monks a reliable way to deal aoe dmg and every key is basiclly hitting all mobs in the pack or least most of them
Having WDP locked behind FoF and SCK feels useless in current wow

Increase the frequency that Flurry strikes procs, currently i feel like if we could get it more often this could be a great way to do something about ww dmg, I don’t see the need to make it deal less dmg. we’re the worst dps overall anyways

Doesn’t Killing Spree also give a 50% DR?

Not that it’ll usually save you at high enough of a key level, but it’s at least an attempt versus nothing for WDP, lol.

I am so tired to of getting killed in animation lock its the most annoying thing ever meanwhile paladins rolls face on keyboard and makes dumb dmg i have to do calculous to figure out the next time i should push a button…

While it’s not a complete fix, a workaround to that is while taking “Lighter Than Air” Talent, if you see an AoE when you WDK, you can hit your roll CD and spam space bar facing a safe spot, ever since we got that talent, the amount of times I’ve died due to WDK has dropped by like 99%

Lighter than air is such a neat talent Its a bit sad we have to waste 2 extra point to get it when it should be at jade walk instead.Chi proficiency is such a waste (2 point) for ww Should be Flat 4% increase all Dmg and healing that magic dmg is such a waste even mistweaver doesnt have much nature dmg

Just getting the talent’s we have now to work would be a great start. Martial instincts is just two points into nothing, does not increase avoidance or damage.

This just needs to not be dependent on another’s CD.

You’re barely up there for a split second, at no point is this getting people killed in the entire time this button has existed.

It’s actually saved my life and kept me on target in plenty of fights that have push backs on it, because it reset my momentum.

Request 1000 of just revert this back to original recipe SEF and return TEB as our burst mechanic.
We could actually be the kings of AoE like we use to be
