Hello there. I currently have ATT Fiber and am currently playing in So Cal. It has been a while since I have played and when I set everything up I noticed that my home latency was very low, but my world was a tad higher. I am just making sure that nothing weird is going on with either my network or my ISP. Below is the trace route and I can perform a WinMTR if needed. Thank you and have a good night.

The difference between Home and World latency can be found here. It is possible for those two connections to be in separate data centers as well, which could explain the difference in latency.
For example you could have your World connection going to the US West data center (based on the realm you’re playing on) and your Home connection going to the US Central data center. This shouldn’t happen very often, but it’s technically possible.
Looking at your account I see you have a character on Darkspear realm which is a West coast realm and on Baelgun which is a Central realm. So you should expect to have a bit higher latency when playing on the Baelgun realm if you are located in CA.
The traceroute looks great and I don’t suspect WinMTR will show any issues, but you’re welcome to run a WinMTR to the West and Central IPs and compare them.
