In a season tuned around dungeons that blizzard qualifies we will “have to stop and think which pack we can pull” around interrupts and disrupts, I believe it is time to give Holy and Disc an interrupt.
May it be just as long as the one Shadow has, at least we will have that 1 chance to int that nasty fear or spell. It will also allow us to int bosses, as right now we have no way at all to help but watch that cast go off or rely on teammates.
They removed ret aura from pallys to allow other classes to be brought to raids from their buffs, but still, priest will lag behind for the same reasons.
Every. Single. Spec. has an interrupt.

Bad dungeon design led to this point. Playing whack-a-mole with interrupts is not good content. Holy/disc should not have an interrupt and half of the existing spell stops should be pruned from the game and replaced with disarms.
At some point I’m hoping Blizz sees the wisdom in granting us one of the following:
-
A ranged AoE CC and it should work consistently
-
An interrupt
-
A burst movement speed talent
-
A brez
-
A DR that isn’t from borrowed power
I’m not asking for all of them, literally just any of the above would be much-needed QoL. We can trade some of our weird Classic era niche utility and talents if necessary for one of these.

TWW S1 is looking to be the polar opposite of DF S2 in some ways. In DF S2, the dungeons were designed in a way that greatly synergized with Priest utility. The opposite seems to be the case going into TWW S1.
And still not even a combat rez for the archetypal healing class.
