Yeah the resource nerf kinda sucks, but it is already such a bad racial that its sort of getting to the point of no longer mattering.
If paladin could be a different race other than BE or Tauren, like troll, I'd reroll immediately. Been BE for ~8 years and really sick of seeing it. I was tauren for a short time in cata and got really sick of being stuck on objects, mounts getting stuck in doors, and hit box issues.
I noticed on wowhead the Holy Shock and Holy Prism thing but i don't think it's anything, just a tool-tip error i think.
I read one comment asking "does this mean Holy Prism is baseline now?" but i doubt it.
I think what's more likely is those two spells got a new animation and that effected the tool-tip somehow.
