Think I got them all. Which is way too many FYI (Literally every race).

This is my take.
I find Belves after the cleanse of the sunwell with the Naaru made them quite Holy followers, some even have their eyes turned Yellow because of this influence so I put them higher instead of Nelves or Dwarves.

Draeneis are the ultimate holy race, they are all about Naarus and LF Draeneis are basically infused with it so 1st and 2nd places.

Nelves priests are kinda in a weird spot, they aren’t exactly Holy Light users as we know it, in the lore nelves priests look more like balance druids, it’s not much about Naarus. They are like their own priests so not really that “Holy” but still a strong candidate.
