Hi, I can’t find anyone twitch streamer who are Priest Holy, I wanna improve my healing skills on raid, I saw all the videos on youtube, but I prefer watch live streaming. I can’t find any holy priest. Do you know anyone?

Most healers do not do what they’re supposed to in PvE
That includes apes healers
be mana effecient, keep ur buffs up, drink when u can

Shout out to Jindo who actually knows what he’s doing. Any priest who doesn’t have regular heal all over his logs is probably bad

The goal when healing is to keep people from dying. If you do that with flash heal as effectively as heal, then how does that make you “bad?”
Heal is only mana efficient if you aren’t overhealing and with it’s long cast time that is often going to be the case. If mana isnt an issue, there is almost never a reason to use Heal.

I mean idk if you’re doing speed runs, if you’re just running casually yea cast whatever u want. It’s not gonna matter
But those guys do speed runs and aren’t doing this in a mana effecient manner. I’m not saying never cast quick heal.
But it should be mostly heal on most fights at this point in the game. If your log isn’t filled with heal
you’re probably bad
Stop parsing and start healing.
I’ll say it again, any priest who doesn’t have heal all over his logs probably doesn’t know what he’s doing. Every fight but vael u could prob cast it at least once
Why would you need heal in a speed run? More dps = things die faster = mana is even less an issue.
No offense but you dont really know what you’re talking about. Maybe leave the priestly stuff to the priests?

The only thing holding u back is mana effeciency from healers. If u wanna wand, wand. Doesn’t justify wasting ur mana on quick heal over heal in 80%+ of the scenarios its used

The priests in your own guild overwhelmingly use flash heal over heal. Are they just all bad as well?

I mean i’m the only member of my guild, presumably you saw a GDKP or some other pug. And yes they are probably bad
Edit - although look at those times, they can use quick heal if they want lul, those are progression fights
Ok man. The group you last logged with (where you had multiple sub 30 parses btw but whos counting) was made up of priests who overwhelming used Fheal over heal.
But I’m sure you know better than everyone and they, the Apes healers and the majority of the priests out there are just bad amirite?

Tierra was my raid leader. Played at the highest level this game has to offer, trust me most of the ehaelrs are dogs who ahve no idea what they’re doing.

Even “your boy Jindo” uses Fheal as his most cast heal. Find me one parse where the priests are using heal as the majority of their healing for an entire Bwl run. I’ll wait.

Surprise, priests in good guilds use lots of flash heal. this isnt 2005. if you aren’t constantly oom when spamming flash there is no problem healing like that
