Listen, one of the MOST fun things to do in Vanilla is find yourself in a 5-man on a holy priest when you aren’t needed for heals.
The tremendous burst on OG holy priest DPS is INSANE. It’s not sustainable, which is why you don’t see HPriest rolling through content as damage dealers in Classic (not enough mana for that nonsense), but it sure is fun.
IN TIMEWALKING, we can actually live that dream with a more forgiving mana bar between levels 10-15 in the dungeons.

Yea, my Holy Priest twink easily solo’s everything. Holy Nova is OP for AOE, and smite hits like a mack truck for bosses. even SWP is huge
Well, you can blast and spam as holy if you use your mana regen abilities well, as well as getting enough mp5. I usually end raid fights with little to no mana and top meters due to managing spells vs cost.
It’s fun to play various versions of classic in full green or blue gear and absolutely dumpster people in full epics on the heal / dmg because I’m actually pressing buttons and rotations.
