That depends on when you did it. They eventually buffed holy to give them a bit more spell damage. I did a bit as holy at 70 during TBCC, and it was much better than I recalled.
Wasting your time dude. I level as enhance and keep a int/spirit item set I put together as cheap as possible… i feel like I overpaid. I can’t imagine being a restoration shaman with this gear. Total overkill. I was super bored last night clearing all the SM dungeons. Only one pull was hard because they pulled 8. SO YEAH, go holy if you expect your groups tanks to be trash and overpull lol. Even my tank apologized for that. I was even dpsing during the pull because I was bored.
Never level heal spec.
Sounds incredibly dull and terrible. But then again, that’s every spec of paladin in this iteration of the game.
Well I’m level 20 now and it’s really not as bad as people are making it out to be so far.
I’m putting 14 points into Holy and then I’m gonna put the rest in either Ret or Prot. The extra mana, ability to heal without interruption, and added healing bonus is very nice.
I’ll probably branch out into Ret first and then respec around 45 or 50 into Prot/Holy. I don’t think you need much more into Holy than that as the talents revolve around crit and you need some decent gear to feel the effect
I was more worried about how Holy Pallies perform in PUG groups in BGs and I think I’ll be fine. Maybe I’ll find a solid BG group later on to play with
