does it work on yourself (if so, how?)? how good/bad is it?
also, how good is hpaladin in pvp? my assumption is that hpaladin specialty is (do correct me if im wrong) big cds with slow but high single target non HoT heals?
You and your allies get full benefit from Mastery inside 10 yards, 15 with RoL, reduced in effectiveness out to 40.
Hpal is doing pretty average right now in my opinion. You won’t see it often at LANs over the Resto Druid, Mistweaver, or Resto Shaman picks. The glimmer build is strong and you can do well playing some hybrid comps or wwdk. In 2s it still pairs well with rogue, warrior, windwalker, destro, probably some other classes that can benefit from a hoj setup or chain off hoj/repent.
Holy paladin seems of a bit good now after they buffed Flash of Light Healing 15%. For 2s it has a very good synergy with Hard Hitting Class, Warrior/DK/WW. If you can allign your CD’s good, u can be indomitable in PVP due to its Beacon of Light. You can constantly heal the whole BG without dropping a single health on urself if u cast BOL on urself. For mastery,For PVP i think haste is good. You will rarely stay near your target to get the benefits of Mastery.
