Looking for some builds that other holy paladins have found success running in 2s. Is melee wings still the way to go?

Basically, 30%+ crit around 15% haste rest vers, melee wings can be ok, and holy paladins do a lot of damage if you spec right. But id run faster hoj almost every game, and I so far run with T2 infinite stars and a gushing wound. Most games tho i think sanctified wrath is best tho, and crucible major is an option you can take.

i would think closer to 20% haste, holy light hits a nice 2.0 with it. at 20%,

at end of season 3 my hpal was 30%crit 20% haste 10% vers , stats would be much higher now anyway.

Conflict major with avenging light honor talent and just steamroll any melee

Yes, how did i forget about this earlier, would also like to add on that if you take crusaders might too and get kicked, you can reset the CD of your holy shock while kicked. So a little damage can help healing too.

This is a neat trick, but Crusader’s might is more of a pve talent since you’re in the fray doing dmg. Bestow faith is better in pvp so you can keep your distance and use it before stuns

Main Talents -

  • Bestow Faith

  • Unbreakable Spirit or Cavalier vs druids

  • Repent and Fist are both good, repent is great with feral/rogue partners

  • Devo Aura

  • Holy Avenger (Please read this talent and understand what it does)

  • Sanctified wrath with a Light’s Decree Azerite bonus (This is a “Ret” trait that increases the duration of AW by 5 seconds. Spec ret, select this, then go back to holy)

  • Divine Purpose

PvP Talents -

  • Avenging Light is great vs melee, it does a lot of damage

  • Divine Favor is your immune to kick button, but you can be purged/spellstolen

  • Light’s Grace is a must, it increases the healing of Holy Light by 50% and gives a small damage reduction buff

  • Blessed Hands is great vs melee

  • Cleanse the Weak isn’t completely useless if you play offensive vs shadowpriest
