So, I usually play holy and just completed an 8 delve with the delver’s bounty and got a 610 2-hander.
What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Is it just trash? I suppose it would be acceptable in a raiding environment, but that’s not something I do. If we are going to have all of these +int two-handed weapons in the loot table, can we at least can a 2h alternative to shield of the righteous?
Functionally, it’s trash.
Because your only damage HP spender is Shield of the Righteous, which you would want to use over just wasting a WoG or LoD if not needed, can’t be used without a shield, that 2h is basically pointless.
I’d recommend, at a bare minimum, holding onto it. Who knows maybe something will change. But yeah you’re not expected to really use it as Holy.
Still hoping they’ll give hpals 2h+shield some day.
they should return Denounce instead of a cast ability, it should be an equivalent to Templar’s Verdict with a requirement of 2h weapon. so each time u bonk someone it splashes heals on nearby allies.
make it even like a Hammer Of The Righteous, each bonk it does shockwaves healing on every allies standing on your consecration.
This is only true if you play melee Hpally which not everyone does.
Caster Hpally is just as strong as Melee if you are Going EF.
Like with the upcoming changes its taking a nerf hard its atleast a 60% Nerf as 420% to 260% then add in ability dmg was buffed by 60% So 100% Healing nerf.
Kinda will make Mastery/Crit with Caster more possible
My problem is that only 2h seem to drop from delves/world quests/weekly caches. I have seen a shield from a world quest so far, but not a single 1h weapon. All the weapon drops i’ve recieved so far have been 2h int maces.
It’s like a 1% healing nerf. The values are multiplicative.
420% * 100% = 420%
260% * 160% = 416%
416%/420% = 99.048…%
