Still completely borked all this time??? WTF Blizz? I can’t get passed this intro quest because its borked beyond belief. And no, none of the proposed solutions on wowhead work.

Drop the quest. Retake the quest.
DON’T SKIP THE CINEMATIC.
Tried it. Tried all the combinations. Nothing worked. I just bailed and gonna ignore the zone.
I just tried to do Greymane’s Gambit.
Still bugged.
The cinematic starts…kind of. You see three ships get bombed by the Skyfire then the cinematic cuts back to Stormwind harbor.
Then it cuts back into the scenario. No NPC’s, no battle going on, no guns to man.
Then it boots you back to Stormwind after 10 seconds or so.
Even if you tell Sky Admiral Rogers you are ready, you still get booted out after 10 seconds.
Fun stuff!

Abandon and retake the quest enough times, it eventually works?
