Is there no way to make this into a macro, or to configure Healbot to cast whichever one is available? What a god awful clunky spell.
If you just cast it without a target it prios tank or healer for bulwark and dps for weapon. Not completely optimal but works ok enough.
This is what I use (from Wowhead). It will cast shield when it’s available and weapon when its available on a mouseover target (or two different targets) or you can cast without a target. The same spell name applies both buffs. (It’s the same with Blessing of Summer which will cycle though all 4 seasons).

I use a macro like this but it also just casts it on myself if I have an enemy targeted or nothing targeted.

I made a macro for it I’ll link it to you if I remember tonight. Took me hours to figure a way to make it so I understand you.
