Holiday Events In Classic

I'm not quite sure if their were holiday events in Classic, but I do remember Dark Moon and stuff, but not halloween or anything, If I remember correctly these were actually added in BC? Anyways is there any hope/chance to see things like the Halloween events or christmas bosses things like that during classic? Or atleast maybe added to it?
Holiday events were in Classic. Winter Veil was in Classic, Hallow's End was in Classic (though it didn't get the Horseman until TBC), I'm sure there are others.

See I knew they were there, but i'm talking like the boss/dungeon events. Will I get to punch the horsemen, Fight a yeti things like that? I really love the horsemen fight, but I get why like the midsummer boss or the valentines bosses CANT be added as the dungeons have been reworked/don't exist in classic.

Seems cool, but only if they give you novelty items that were in the game back then. I don't want them dropping epics rings like retail...
I know I will get slapped for this but I love the Horseman and would love to see him during Hallow's End.

I won't slap you. I'd LOVE to see the Horseman haunt Hallow's End in Classic.

Problem is he was never in Classic, so he won't be.

You mentioned one of my biggest things I missed out on in my original run because I started too late...Darkmoon Faire. One of the largest reasons I have avoided DF throughout expansions is because I missed the first one. I mean, why bother I think. But now I can go back and be at the very first Darkmoon Faire. Thanks Blizzard!
Not likely. Headless Horseman wasn't introduced until BC. Lord Ahune was added in BC as well. The Abominable Greench WAS a part of Vanilla Winter Veil, so there's something.

Also, the first Lunar festival started January 27, 2006.
Most seasonal events were in Vanilla but they were really lackluster in terms of content. No Headless Horseman (both inside and outside SM), no Ahune, very little to do on other events.
