I can’t see anywhere in the article where to actually start this stuff and I don’t see any new quests available for me anywhere.

It is out. I found breadcrumb quests in Valdrakken that sent me to unlock these and the time rifts. Don’t remember the NPCs but it was in the Bronze Enclave.
Hmmm. I must have missed it. I’ll have to run around valdrakken for a bit again and see if I can find it. Thanks!
The breadcrumb quests are in the Bronze Enclave section of the city. One of the platform and one in one of the buildings if I recall.
I never found a breadcrumb quest. I went straight to Eon’s Fringe which is marked by a teleporter if you have thise unlocked. The single daily you get should already be unlocked.
There’s also some quests there that unlock a glasses appearance and a pet.
Ok I found it. The quest marker does not appear on the map and there was nothing to indicate it was there. But I found the npc so now I have the breadcrumb quest. Kinda weird that there was no indication that a new quest was available on the map when I can still see the other ones about sparks etc. Oh well.
You can go to that inn and there will be A daily.
Nothing missed there IMO.
