You guys need some big damage on command right? No problem! Just enter arena, cast 5 frostbolts, hard cast glacial spike (2.8 seconds) and enjoy the 6k+ damage from it!

Side note, did you know that Frost no longer uses Glacial Spike? How weird is that?

One of the problems is having a lack of on demand damage. Hence discussing glacial spike. How weird is that?

Getting off 5x frostbolts and a glacial spike before the rogue kills you while you “STAND IN ONE SPOT HARDCASTING” sounds very reasonable. I’ll try that next time
