I’m sure some people will enjoy this. I can’t understand why they would, but I’m sure they will. Personally, I feel the development resources invested in this could have been better spent on any number of alternative features or QoL improvements that would have had far, far broader appeal than this niche nonsense.

so this is a mini-game of fortnite, including the closing storm to force players closer together. meh
i suspect this will end up being a “new” game eventually, like free to play that you can buy stuff.
i have zero interest in any of this

Thank you for all the effort creating this event and game mode. I think it will be interesting, but it is not for me. I do hope those who enjoy such game modes, have fun with it.
My plan is to wish others well and hope they enjoy it. I can be happy for other folks while being slightly sad it is not up my alley.
I am interested to see how it plays out and how players react to it. Academic interest is always there even if I am not going to PvP.

I’m pretty sure blizzard is just trying to kill WoW, doing whatever they can to tank the game…not knowing that the player base will literally sit around for YEARS after they stop playing just to troll hard on how absolutely, unequivocally, (honestly, unsurprisingly at this point) blizzard misses the mark.
