Haunted House certainly had housing.
I don’t understand this. They were able to create instanced garrisons, so why can’t they create instanced housing?

This sort of thing does happen in real life, and I don’t want to go into it I’m not really comfortable on turning this into a thing. But what you describe happened in a larger natuonal scale roughly 6-7 years ago. Ive lived through one cycle of reactionaries trying to show the others one-two. I can’t anymore. I grew up. I get more tired more easily. My bones ache sometimes.
If you play the game because you want to, like I said, do whatever you want because I’m not here to hold your hand.
If you want to buy the game because you feel some deeper moral need, I think that is weird.

They could. If they did it like the garrison.
But the Housing Lobby made it VERY CLEAR during WoD (and afterwards) that “garrisons are NOT housing” and are an unacceptable substitute.

I really think that is it tbh. Its probably just a lot of work, and maybe not exactly feasible, not really from a technical standpoint, but maybe more from just the endeavour with spinning the other plates of what goes into an xpac…
