Maybe they lost our data? Why mess with our HK’s at all??
I wish they would work as hard and fast to restore the loss of our hard earned HKs that is effecting 50% of the community as they did to “fix” the DHK exploit that was being used by .01% of the community.
Can we get an update on this please? Some of us are still missing HKS
Still waiting on an update here…Its been almost 2 weeks since we’ve gotten an update on this. Small indie company ghosting customers after a failed update no body asked for.

I’m missing 80k+ since the update. Would be nice to have this resolved so we all don’t look like these kids that ranked on dead servers.

Hey all. I completely understand wanting an update on the missing lifetime honorable kills! At this point, though, we’ve restored everything that we can. Unfortunately, due to some pretty fundamental limitations of the game, not all of the data was recoverable in specific, rare circumstances.
I’m so sorry to be the bearer of bad news to anyone still missing lifetime honorable kills.

Really? I lost 60k+ HKs that is pretty ridiculous
Bro, you should try to farm 80k+ to see how hard that struggle really is… Thats not like a couple months grind…
This game is based on achievements and accomplishments! If you take that from players there is nothing left

You must have pre-patch backups. You are a multi billion dollar company, it’s unbelievably incompetent to lose customer data like this. Like Skrotoz said, do it manually if you have to. We are all paying customers here.

I’m sorry, but to have around 120k lifetime kills and to be reduced down to ~40k kills with “nothing you can do” is completely and totally unacceptable.
If you can’t “restore it” then go into my account manually and add 80k kills back to Bloodsail Bucc Bergthor’s classic era character. To have no restitution at all is completely unacceptable. It’s not my problem that you had “errors” on your end. You can reference my TBC cloned Bergthor character (on Pagle now) if you need to for any reference. Others have had most, or all, of their kills restored, but I get shafted 80k with none restored?
I am also ranking to 14 again and have gotten almost an additional 30k HKs since the bug that reduced me down to 40k. If I don’t receive some sort of restitution on this, then it’s going to be a problem. I’m looking for some restitution, either restore my kills (I don’t care how its done) or mail me a free item to help make up for the damage caused, like a Might of the Scourge shoulder enchant or something. Either way, I want and expect some restitution to make this right.

- Roughly how many HKs you had prepatch and how many you have now. 145k prepatch, ~70k after pvp patch, currently 83k
- If you’ve transferred realms at any point. Yes, 2019 Incendius → Earthfury → Faerlina (this last xfer mightve been TBC, i cant remember)
