Show them you mean business. This is a pvp game with dead pvp… raids/pve = 4-12 hours a week. Shake the foundations of Azeroth… show the players you are alive.

A ban wave went out today for AFKers and bots in AV.
The broken AV map and the WSG premade brigade ruin bgs more than afking and bots do.

It’s nearly impossible to determine whether or not true map “imbalance” is a factor for current win/loss ratios when 1/3 or more of the team isn’t even trying to participate. Ergo: afk/botting is issue #1.

Ah understandable misunderstanding. As a glutton for healing AV for the social experiment amusement I have extra awareness for who’s just standing there and who’s hitting stuff. So I spend my dead time finding leeches and reporting. If I could only dispel my own HOTs… I also enjoy emote pointing to easy targets so they’re leeching for a couple of minutes less.

Should have been a day per afk game. 1 week of decay is hardly a deterrent.
Reset their ranks. That is a much greater deterrent.
