I think the answer is no, but are there any ways to get hit rating in classic for low levels? i.e. food or enchants.
Some classes have +hit talents in their trees…
Other than, I don’t think there are many–if any at all. At least until 40+ IIRC.
I feel like there was a hit rating enchant recipe that dropped in a vanilla raid but maybe I am wrong. I might be thinking of a spell power enchant
There is no hit rating. There is gear and there are talents that increase your chance to hit % directly.
Yeah, I believe hit rating didn’t pop up until TBC.
that being said, Hit % is rare and pretty much only on high level gear. an example would be the lionheart helm, from armorsmithing (advanced blacksmithing).
Kinda sucks, especially if you like a DW playstyle that doesn’t vet talents for it, like fury warrior. But that’s one of the things they fixed in TBC, another good reason for the expansion to come along eventually.
