I know Blizzard is a small indie game company so I shouldn’t expect them to get a 20 year old game to work. But seriously. Fix this crap.

Try relogging, I remember I had that problem last time

Have you logged-out after buying the items and then tried to equip the items again?
I had this happen at Rank 6/7/8/10 in SoD when I would buy PVP gear.
